In our first initial meet and greet I got know Amy and the company she created. I learned that she is such a beautiful soul ready to help others make the most of their day with guiding them through to make a better lifestyle to gain more energy and control of your days. Her target client is for people who suffer from IBS. She will couch you through her program for "The Gut Balance Code." Amy has so much knowledge with nutrition that she is worth hiring for a couch to establish better lifestyle choices and get to know your body better and listen to what it is telling you.

After our planning for the shot list we decided the location for our session was to be at the Denver Botanical Gardens. We met in the morning, prepped with props, multiple outfits and good energy. Our main goal was to get more content for her website, blogging and social and media and of course some headshots! Take a peak the preview of her gallery.
